ELA--Poetry Anthologies have all been marked and the students did a great job. Students have completed their first novel of their literature circle. They are working on their second novel this week.
Math--Gr. 7--Students are working through Ch. 12--Mean, Mode, Median, Range. Ch. 11 Test should be signed for Monday.

ELA--Poetry Anthology will be due on May 15. Two Reader Responses are Due May 16. Students will be starting their last large unit: Literature Circles reading three books consecutively; Hatchet, Old Yeller, and Zack's Lie. The students will receive a calendar with all meeting dates and due dates leading up to the end of the year.

ELA--Students will be presenting their Tuck Everlasting Final Projects tomorrow. We have started a Poetry Unit. The students will be writing their own Poetry Anthologies this week with 20 original poems and 5 others. This anthology will be due on May 13.
Math--Gr. 7--Students will be writing their test for Ch. 10--Patterns and Expressions on Monday. They will start Ch. 11--Solving Equations.
