ELA--Students will be organizing devotions and announcements for February as well as researching a Courageous Person. Students will be part of planning I Love to Read activities for the month of February. Four Reader Responses are due Jan. 31.
Math--Gr. 7--Students will complete Ch. 7--Add and Subtract Fractions by the end of this week.
Math--Gr. 8--Students will begin Ch. 7--Volume.
Social Studies--Students have started studying Greece.

Weekly Update--January 20, 2014
ELA--Students will be completing their Short Stories Unit this week. Four Reader Responses are due Jan. 31.
Math--Gr. 7--Students have finished Ch. 6-Introduction to Fraction Operations. They begin Ch. 7--Add and Subtract Fractions this week.
Math--Gr. 8--Students will complete Ch. 6--Fraction Operations this week. The will begin Ch. 7--Volume at the end of this week.
Social Studies--Students have completed their unit on Egypt. They will be bringing their tests home tomorrow to be signed. They will begun a Chapter on Greece this week.
