Weekly Update March 24, 2014

ELA--Students will complete books 4 and 5 of the novel studies for the Forest of Reading Books/Competition. Two Reader Responses are due Mar. 28. 

Math--Gr. 7--Students finished Ch. 8--Circles and will start Ch. 9 after Spring Break.

Social Studies--Students are completing Ancient Greece this week with a test on Thursday.

ELA--Students will complete book 2 of 5 with the novel studies for the Forest of Reading Books/Competition. Two Reader Responses are due Mar. 28.  We have begun using Expository Writing with our Power Paragraphs and are continuing with Spelling Units.

Math--Gr. 7--Student have begun Ch. 8--Circles this week.

Math--Gr. 8--Student have begun Ch. 8--Integers this week.

Social Studies--Students are creating notes on topics of Ancient Greece this week to share with their peers.
