Update March 27, 2015

ELA--Students are working on various novel studies using the Forest of Reading Books.  When done, they will be able to vote on their favorite.  Students have also been working on an Easter Story cartoon depicting the traditional story and a modern day cartoon.

Math--Gr. 7--Students are working on various math skills.

Math--Gr. 8--Students are working on various math skills.

Social Studies--Students are studying Global Rights:  identity, culture, human rights, etc.

Science--The students have just finished studying plate tectonics. They will complete a unit assignment the week after Spring Break.

Social Studies--Students will begin studying Global Rights:  identity, culture, human rights, etc.

Science--The students have been studying plate tectonics and using mapping inquiry are completing maps of earthquakes and volcanoes.
